Many couples secure their date 12–18 months ahead to avoid disappointment. Most dates are secured 9–18 months in advance, so we always advise enquiring early to avoid missing out.
Do you only provide one mirror per date?
Yes — to ensure every couple receives our full attention and premium service, we commit each Selfie Mirror exclusively to one event per day. Once your date is secured, the mirror is entirely yours.
What happens after we enquire?
Once you get in touch, we’ll confirm availability for your date and guide you through the next steps with ease. Our booking process is simple, transparent and completely stress-free — exactly how wedding planning should feel.

How do I book a selfie mirror?
Simply contact us via our website, email, or phone to check availability and secure your date.
How much is the deposit?
A booking fee of €100 secures your date and ensures the Selfie Mirror is reserved exclusively for your event. The remaining balance is simply due ahead of your celebration, allowing you to relax knowing everything is taken care of.
Can I change my booking date?
We will do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability.
Setup & Requirements
How much space is needed?
The selfie mirror requires a minimum of 2.5m x 2.5m space to allow guests to pose comfortably.
Do you need a power source?
Yes, we require access to a standard power outlet within close proximity to our setup area.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Will you coordinate with our venue?
Absolutely. We work closely with venues and event teams to ensure smooth setup, ideal placement, and a seamless experience on the day — leaving you free to enjoy every moment.

What happens if there is a technical issue?
Reliability is extremely important to us. Our equipment is professionally maintained, fully tested before every event, and our trained attendant is on hand to resolve any issues quickly and discreetly — ensuring minimal disruption so you and your guests can continue enjoying the experience.
Can we personalise the photos?
Yes! We can add custom branding, names, logos, or themes to your selfie mirror photo prints.
Do you offer corporate branding?
Yes, we can customise prints and digital outputs with your company logo or branding for corporate events.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance for €13 million, our current policy is valid until 1st Feb 2027. We can provide a copy of our insurance policy on request.
